the challenge
Highland Park wanted to create a sensory journey for their activation in the stunning Pods at the 5 star Meldrum house. They tasked us with designing assets for the space, including table and space décor, and foliage and sensory serving elements that would bring the brand to life.
our solution
We designed a set of modular elements which could be used throughout the Pods and at future activations. This included bespoke wooden table top vases, smoking vessels, lanterns and more. We brought a real feel of the Scottish Highlands with our choice of dried foliage such as heather, bracken and thistles. We included oil diffusers and bespoke playlists to further play on the senses.

To celebrate the artistry of Tequila Herradura, we delivered a bespoke, multi-sensory brand world centered around ‘The Extraordinary.’ The execution featured a custom-engineered horseshoe bar—a nod to the brand’s iconic ‘U’—hand-finished in charred oak and copper. Operating across London’s most prestigious cocktail hubs, the delivery integrated live agave-harvesting demonstrations with an immersive ‘Tequila Terroir’ tasting room. Our team of expert mixologists served over 4,500 signature ‘Horseshoe Margaritas,’ while a synchronized lighting and soundscape mirrored the atmospheric energy of the Hacienda San José del Refugio. From complex logistical site-builds to precision guest-flow management, the delivery was a seamless blend of heritage and modern luxury.
