Tequila Herradura set out to create more than just a tasting session, they wanted a full sensory experience that brought their flavour profiles to life through sight, sound, touch, and space. The goal? To help guests feel the flavours, not just taste them, and celebrate the sophistication of the Herradura range in a way that was bold, immersive, and unforgettable.
our solution
Our team designed and delivered four bespoke 3m x 3m flavour pods, each styled to represent a unique Herradura expression. From projection mapping to rich textures and custom lighting, every pod was tailored to evoke a specific mood, transporting guests into the heart of the flavour story. Beyond the pods, we transformed the full venue into a fully branded Herradura world. A styled welcome area, central gathering zone, and premium reception bar tied the experience together, offering places for guests to sip, chat and soak it all in.

To celebrate the artistry of Tequila Herradura, we delivered a bespoke, multi-sensory brand world centered around ‘The Extraordinary.’ The execution featured a custom-engineered horseshoe bar—a nod to the brand’s iconic ‘U’—hand-finished in charred oak and copper. Operating across London’s most prestigious cocktail hubs, the delivery integrated live agave-harvesting demonstrations with an immersive ‘Tequila Terroir’ tasting room. Our team of expert mixologists served over 4,500 signature ‘Horseshoe Margaritas,’ while a synchronized lighting and soundscape mirrored the atmospheric energy of the Hacienda San José del Refugio. From complex logistical site-builds to precision guest-flow management, the delivery was a seamless blend of heritage and modern luxury.
